On Site Through cut repair is carried out at customer site. The advantage of site repair is to save downtime of the equipment as we have the capacity to repair the cuts within 24hrs. of the receipt of such tyres thereby saving handling, transportation and other activities which involves in, taking out tyres to other places for repairs.

OTR Tyre Management On Cost Per Hour Basis
- Certification of Bead locking & cold pressure while commission of the vehicle.
- Examination of rock ejector & Regular Toe measurement.
- Regular mine site visit — Haul road examination , loading & offloading area evaluation.
- Regular tyre inspection, Injury evaluation & stone holding removal on daily basis.
- Daily tyre pressure monitoring and necessary recommendation 360 Degree inspection of tyres on daily basis.
- Proper inflation and monitoring of inflations on daily basis.
- Tyre rotation plan as per the requirement and matching of duel tyres.
- Weekly Tread Depth Assessment.
- Half Yearly tyre requirement plan.
- Periodic TKPH study, load study & speed study.
- Preventive Repairs - to prevent further propagation of exterior cuts, separations, physical damages etc.
- Through cuts/ deep cuts repairing as long as the tyre is in service and monitoring of repaired tyres for getting optimum Service Life.
Tyre Supply Along With Tyre Management
- Supplying required Mining tyres, as per requirement/delivery schedule with assured minimum guaranteed life.
- Minimum assured guaranteed life will be calculated on average basis for specified lot/ batch of tyres.
- Any shortfall to average guaranteed life will be compensated on prorate basis with new supply of tyres.
- Regular tyre inspection, Injury evaluation & stone holding removal on daily basis.
- Running of tyres more then average guaranteed life will be additional benefit.
- Tyres will be supplied as and when required, to minimize inventory cost.
- Above supply of tyres will be inclusive of Tyre management work and will cover Tyre Manage-ment service activity, till life of tyres.
